Cityscapes
I have always been captivated by cityscapes and the depiction of urban environments in my work. Influenced by artists such as Ben Aronson, Wayne Thiebaud, and Richard Diebenkorn, I aim to capture the essence of these places through the interplay of light, concrete, shapes, lines, and intersections that crisscross the compositions. Urban sites in the US fascinate me due to the strength of light and their potential for creating compelling compositional studies.
