- About the artwork – This artwork was made from several sketches done on location at Cotehele house in Cornwall. A medieval house with Tudor additions, the National Trust property is a granite and slate-stone manor house on the banks of the River Tamar that has been little changed over five centuriesm and this was the only study so far that became a painting.
