- About the artwork – This study draws from a range of sketches made on-site amidst the autumnal glow in the historic quarters of Burton, close to the legacy and modern breweries. The blend of aged and contemporary industrial structures forms a vista that might not initially strike one as conventionally beautiful, yet it captures an essence emblematic of the town. This setting also serves one of the backdrops for my ongoing exhibition, ‘The Burton Series’.
