- About the artwork – An incredibly important painting in my practice. This artwork was the first in a series of paintings that eventually became my Masters show, of which this is the only survivor. Not currently for sale, it is the first time I felt that I had somewhat successfully began to explore the line between abstraction and figuration, whilst still exploring a sense of place. The painting also features text on the bottom right, as at the time I wrote notes of place names for reference.
