- About the artwork – This captivating piece of art emerged from a collection of sketches I created during a leisurely stroll along the Bondi to Bronte beach coastal walk, a stone’s throw away from Sydney, Australia. The picturesque suburb, adorned with a string of pristine beaches, served as my muse. Amidst this coastal backdrop, my artistic exploration yielded a series of studies, yet it was this particular composition that truly came to life.My focus gravitated toward the lifeguard station, its presence subtly suggested against the horizon. Above it, the architectural forms of nearby buildings stood in stark contrast to the organic features of the landscape. The sun-drenched beach by the South Pacific Ocean, occupied a wedge of space on the right-hand side, completing this evocative scene.
