About the artwork –This painting depicts Maria-Theresien-Straße in Innsbruck, with a prominent church leading the eye toward softly suggested alpine mountains. Based on drawings from an interrailing trip over a decade ago, the work reflects a formative period that shaped my practice and contributed to my sold-out MA show. It explores themes of travel, memory, and transition that continue to inform my work today.
