- About the artwork – This artwork was part of a series made from sketches taken on location in Jamaica whilst filming Landscape Artist of the Year along side a film crew, travelling through the streets of Kingston. I was drawn to the colours and shapes that the buildings, and the warm heat of the last afternoon that contrasted so much from a cold UK that I left only hours before. Made in 2018- my work and style has changed greatly since then, but this work in particular remains a favorite of mine.
