- About the artwork – I was fortunate to be invited to the beautiful township of Cedarburg in Wisconsin to give a series of talks and workshops about my artistic journey. During my stay, I was hosted by another artist, May Klisch, who showed me around the area. This gave me the opportunity to draw and gather imagery of the town and parts of Milwaukee. The excellent weather provided great light, resulting in some excellent compositions to work with later in the studio. This piece became a particular favorite of mine, capturing elements of the Midwest town that I enjoyed and appreciated.
