- About the artwork – Taken from a series of drawings and colour studies whilst in Seattle and part of a mini series made in the city. The light during the late August/ early September time of my visit was perfect for the formation of the angular shapes of shadows across roads, flyovers, skyscrapers and passageways. It was the first visit to a large American city, so everywhere was new and interesting.
