- About the artwork – Taken from a series of drawings and colour studies whilst in Brisbane, Australia. This composition of ‘entering cities’ is a common theme in my work- from those at the from the Olympic Sculpture Park in Seattle, to Vancouver, Rome and other cities around the work. Very much influenced by Edward Hopper’s painting of the same name, and linking itself very much to the overall body of work- ‘in transit’.
